Bugiin Tsav

Located 50 kilometres (31,07 miles) North of Khermen Tsav, in the extreme Northwest of the province of Omnogobi, the area of Bugiin Tsav is part of the Gurvan Saikhan National Park. In Bugiin Tsav were discovered many fossilised dinosaurs as well as other marine species: a turtle, a fish, a mollusc. You'll be surprised to walk litterally in the bottom of a former fossilised sea. The neighbouring cliffs are made of several red, green and yellow sedimentary layers.

A skeleton of tarbosaurus was found in the area and is shown in the National History Nuseum.
