These insurance contracts are specific to our trips, and we strongly recommend subscribing to them. The policy documents detailing all guarantees and claims procedures are available on the information and quote form. You are solely responsible for following the claims declaration procedures. Before your trip, in case of cancellation:

Your local agency applies the reimbursement schedule provided in the terms and conditions. It is established based on the number of days remaining before your planned departure date. Taking out cancellation insurance allows you to be reimbursed (excluding insurance costs) for all expenses incurred by cancelling your trip.

It is very important to consider this at the time of booking, as you will have a maximum 48-hour window from your first payment to subscribe.

During your trip:

Assistance and repatriation insurance covers you in case of accident on site affecting you, your companions or your loved ones (examples: advance of medical expenses abroad, repatriation, early return in case of a relative's illness, liability, legal assistance…).

Finally, baggage insurance protects you against damage, delay or loss of your luggage.
