Miigaa is in charge of the kitchens. As he is a "Master cook", he accompanied tours from 2007 to 2011 as a cook, then was promoted to the post of food manager when we founded the caterer Mama Mia. Four cooks work full-time in our kitchens. We make and vacuum-pack the dishes served during the tours. That's why we can make vegetarian dishes or gluten-free dishes (for example) if you like. Miigaa still works as a cook for the "luxury" tours, for candlelight dinners in the middle of the steppe, made by a peerless cook.
