Located in the heart of the city, just northeast of Genghis Khan Square, sits the Bistro Français, run by Guy and his English-speaking Mongolian team. With nearly 13 years of operation in Mongolia, the restaurant has become a cherished meeting place and gathering spot for the expatriate community in the city.

Plenty of occasions to celebrate with family or friends, you'll be served the finest of French gastronomy at the far end of the world: from Lorraine quiches and escargot to succulent duck breast, all accompanied by the best wines available—you'll be in paradise. The meats are cooked to perfection, drawing many Mongolians to make the trip! The décor is impeccable, with an animated bistro atmosphere and servers who are always attentive to your every need. Ask the sommelier for wine pairings perfectly matched to your dishes!

Expect around 10 to 17 euros per person for a fine meal, before drinks. Located on Ikh Surguuliin Avenue, the Bistrot Français is impossible to miss, with its veranda overlooking the street. Just a few dozen metres away, incidentally, sits the Triskell, a restaurant with a distinctly Breton character.
